925 Silver pieces with 18K Gold plating are, by default, more delicate and may lose the gold color over time. The plating may fade for different reasons: chemicals used for skin care, the level of perspiration or the natural pH of the skin. We recommend not wearing them under water and avoiding perfumes and creams directly on the jewelry. On the contrary, waterproof pieces are resistant to fresh water, that is, we recommend not submerging them in the sea or in waters with chemicals.

You have a period of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to return any item, except for personalized items and, for hygienic reasons, earrings, ear cuffs and piercings.

Exchanges and returns will only be accepted for the following reasons:

- The item is defective.
- The article is not correct.
- The wrong ring, bracelet or necklace size has been chosen.

Under no circumstances will By Lia issue refunds . A voucher will be generated with the amount of the returned items which can be used within a period of six months.

All shipping costs associated with an exchange or return will be borne by the buyer, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.

All our orders are sent in a gift box in which the jewelry is included in our cloth bags.
