Our jewelry is always on sale and unfortunately we don't have exact replenishment dates for all items. You can subscribe to the product and be the first to know when your favorite item is back in stock.
WHAT MATERIAL ARE BY LIA JEWELS MADE OF?
Most of our pieces are made of 925 sterling silver and plated with 18-carat gold for the gold finishes. In addition, we have a collection of totally waterproof steel jewelry and jewelry plated with 3 microns of 18-carat gold.
You will always find this information specified in the product information sheet. Oh, and they are all nickel-free!
DOES ALL JEWELRY HAVE A WARRANTY?
Of course! All items purchased at By Lia have a 60-day warranty from receipt.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
You can make the payment with Visa, Mastercard and American Express or through PayPal.
Klarna has arrived at By Lia, but... What is Klarna?
Klarna allows you to spread the cost of your purchase over three interest-free instalments*.
At the moment, this service is only available for orders from France, Italy, Spain and Germany*.
*Germany: Payment is automatically charged 30 days after placing the order.
How does Klarna work?
When you proceed with the payment for your purchase, select the option “buy now, pay later with Klarna”. You will immediately be redirected to the official Klarna website where you will have to register your personal details and proceed as with any other online purchase.
Once your package is shipped, the amount of the first installment will be charged to your payment method.
After this, in the following months you will be charged for the outstanding installments until the full amount of your order is paid. Klarna will inform you in advance so that you can organize yourself*.
*For orders from Germany, payment is automatically charged 30 days after placing the order.

CAN YOU BUY A SINGLE UNIT OF AN EARRING?
Sure! On all items where you have the option to choose between “Pair” or “Unit”.
On the other hand, if there is no option or it is not indicated in the description, it means that it comes in pairs. Ear cuffs and piercings are also sold individually.
HOW CAN I USE MY DISCOUNT CODE?
Before reaching the last step of your purchase, you will find a box where you can enter your coupon. Only one coupon is allowed per order.
Important: During sales or special promotional periods, codes will be temporarily disabled.
DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?
YES! :) We are located in Barcelona at Calle Riera de Sant Miquel, 19. The showroom is open from Monday to Thursday from 9am to 6pm and on Fridays from 9am to 4pm.
JEWELRY CARE
Gold plated pieces are by default more delicate and may lose the gold color over time. The plating can fade for different reasons: chemicals used for skin care, the level of perspiration or the natural pH of the skin.
If you are looking for a more durable gold finish, you can opt for our 18kt gold-plated jewelry variant with 3 microns.
We recommend not wearing jewelry under water and avoiding direct contact with perfumes and creams.

SHIPPING
HOW ARE ORDERS SHIPPED?
The packaging for each order consists of a single gift box in which the jewelry is included in our cloth bags.
If you would like individual bags for each pair of earrings, please contact our customer service team directly (info@bylia.es) or indicate your request in the "notes" section at checkout in your cart.
If you wish to receive more than one gift box, please add “extra box” before making the payment for your order.
*During sales periods, our packaging may vary.
SHIPPING TIMES
If there are no setbacks, orders leave our office within 24 working hours after being placed.
You will receive an email with the tracking code so you can know where your order is at all times.
DELIVERY TIMES THROUGH OUR STANDARD SERVICE:

Between 24-48 business hours.
BALEARIC ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA
Between 2 and 5 working days.
CANARY ISLANDS

If you wish to receive your order within 24-48 business hours , we recommend choosing the DHL Express (EU) option.
You can also choose the GLS Recommended option if you want to receive it within 3-5 business days* (EU).
The GLS delivery time indicated is an average calculated across all EU countries. This time may be longer in some countries . If in doubt, please confirm with our customer service team.
Occasionally, shipments to countries outside the EU may incur additional duties and taxes, which will in any case be the buyer's responsibility .
We recommend not authorizing deliveries without a signature. By Lia will not be responsible for lost orders authorized to be delivered without a signature.
*During special offer periods, summer sales , Black Friday and Christmas, shipping times may be slightly increased.

MY ORDER
CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?
As long as your order is not listed as “shipped” you can change the address by sending a message to our customer service team.
CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped :)
Please send us a message to let us know so we can update or cancel your order.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE AN WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ORDER?
The customer has 15 calendar days after receiving the package to inform our customer service team about the incident related to their package. After this period, By Lia will not be responsible for the inconvenience in question.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE A PACKAGE WITH SIGNS OF HAVING BEEN OPENED?
Fortunately, this is unlikely, but if there are signs that the package has been opened, the customer must contact us at info@bylia.es, sending us a photo of the condition of the package before opening it. This way, we can claim it and open an investigation with the courier company.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN A PRODUCT?
You have a period of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to return any item, except for personalized items and, for hygiene reasons, earrings, ear cuffs and piercings.
Under no circumstances will By Lia issue refunds . A voucher will be generated with the amount of the returned items, which can be used within 12 months of its activation.
Important: Returns must include all our original packaging. If you do not receive it, By Lia will deduct €2 from the value of the gift card that will be sent to the customer.
DO I HAVE TO PAY RETURN COSTS?
All shipping costs associated with an exchange or return will be borne by the buyer, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.
